Delivery and Pickup

The last thing you should be focused on event day is picking up your rentals. Here at Camelot, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Our equipment delivery service extends throughout the greater Reno/ Sparks area, Lake Tahoe, The Eastern Sierra and Elko. Fees will be assessed based upon your location, time frame and the amount of products being transported.

Early Morning & Late Night

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, the Camelot team is here to help. We gladly fulfill delivery requests outside of our standard business hours. We kindly ask that you give 72 hours advance notice for scheduling purposes. Also note that tent set-up and breakdown will be dependent upon the weather.

Tables and Chairs

Setup or Breakdown

Our team works hard to deliver the best service, however there are some times where we need a little assistance. Unlike our other products, tables and chairs do not include the team’s labor for set-up and take-down. If you’d like us to do so, it will be an additional fee added to your overall costs. To make the process efficient, we ask you provide a basic, schematic of your planned arrangement. Also, like our deliveries, 72 hours notice is required in advance.

Venue Inspections

Our team has the knowledge and insight to help you figure out the best way to tackle your tent needs. If you have any concerns about installation, we can visit your location and conduct on-site evaluations of your possible event area. This service is complimentary with every tent. To pitch your tent ideas, arrange an appointment with a Camelot Event Specialist.


and C.A.D. Drawings

Nothing brings your idea to life, like a visual map. Our team will lay-out and draw a site plan or schematic of your event location with our Computer Aided Drawing program (C.A.D.). This tool allows us to properly space tables, chairs, stages, dance floors and other items within your space. Because as every party planner knows: less spacing issues = more room for fun.

Emergency Plans

As we all know, life happens and as smooth as our contingency plans might be, it’s always nice to have a little back up. As a customer, Camelot offers a 24-hour emergency event hotline. If anything issues arise with our equipment, we will help to fix the problem and get on the way. Just contact our hotline and we will meet you at your event and make sure we get you back on the right track.
