Looking for some wedding planning inspiration? Guest blogger, Emily, provides some insight into wedding planning and the rentals she is using to bring her wedding look together!
While wedding planning is seen as one of the most exciting times of your life, it can also be the most stressful. As a bride-to-be, I understand the headaches and confusion that come with the hundreds of decisions involved in a wedding. One of the easiest ways that I’ve found to reduce this stress is by working with a single vendor to rent many of the items on your list. For Lake Tahoe or Reno wedding party rentals, Camelot Party Rentals can be your one-stop-shop for all these rentals – leaving you with only one company to coordinate.
Wedding Party Rentals Inspiration
An easy way to get wedding inspiration is from a collection of photos from other weddings. These give you a chance to envision what all of the wedding party rentals will look like together! Read on below to find out which items my fiance and I are renting from Camelot to bring our whole wedding vision to life!
Ceremony Chairs
As we began to pick out wedding party rentals for the ceremony, we knew we wanted a very classic and bright look. To achieve this, we opted for Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs that we could tie in with our flower basket decorations lining the ceremony aisle. We were looking for an option that felt classy but with a darker color to contrast with the light-colored decorations, and these chairs fit perfectly.
Ceremony Arch
While browsing wedding photos on Pinterest, I found several pergolas and archways used to hold the ceremony under – giving you a space to wrap flowers and fabric around the arch. I quickly looked up the arches that Camelot had and fell in love with the Flattop Darkwood Pergola Arch. The dark wood will contrast perfectly with the white fabric and greenery that we are planning to drape around it, and coordinates with the color of the ceremony chairs.
Tent
With the hot sun and the fast-changing weather in this area, renting a tent for the ceremony and reception was a must. I chose a Qwik-top tent for the ease of having it set up and the clean lines. As our wedding theme is revolving around light and laid-back colors, this tent seemed like the perfect fit.
In order to soften the look of the tent from the inside, my fiance and I also decided to rent a tent liner. This gave us the relaxed and flowy look inside the tent that we were envisioning, as well as a better backdrop to hang lights from!
Reception Tables and Chairs
I decided that I wanted to continue the same look and feel from the ceremony into the reception space with our wedding party rentals, so I opted to reuse the same Chiavari chairs for the reception tables. In order to make the space feel more open and interesting, my fiance and I opted for a combination of basic round and rectangular farm tables. Going with simple tables was a cost-effective option and gave us the flexibility to pick out the exact table linens we wanted from Camelot’s huge selection!
Table Linens
After picking out the tables and chairs for the reception, I began searching through Camelot’s online fabric browser to pick out the perfect table linens. After stumbling upon the photo of the Peach Lamour fabric, I knew this was the perfect combination of bright and romantic for our table linens. We then decided to accent this tablecloth color with basic White Dupioni napkins, and opted to leave the chair backs unadorned.
Renting all of these items from Camelot Party Rentals has guaranteed that we have great customer service and that everything will be coordinated and organized with ease. It also means that I only have one phone number for all my rentals instead of 7 or 8! Look around the Camelot website or Pinterest page for more inspiration. Happy planning!
